The Maidla Residential Complex, set in the tranquil Estonian countryside, exemplifies our dedication to creating living spaces that harmonise with nature. This cluster of homes features low, expansive roofs that offer both aesthetic appeal and practical benefits, such as shading and weather protection. The contrast between the angular rooflines, warm wooden textures, and sleek metal cladding creates a visually striking yet balanced design.

The project’s design focuses on sustainability and a deep respect for the natural environment. Large windows flood the interiors with natural light and provide uninterrupted views of the surrounding greenery. The use of sustainable materials, like durable metal cladding and responsibly sourced wood, ensures minimal environmental impact.

Interiors are designed to be cosy and functional, with open-plan layouts that blend indoor and outdoor living spaces. The thoughtful arrangement of rooms ensures privacy and tranquillity, while outdoor areas invite relaxation amidst nature.
